Week 2 of Paleo

This past week was a lot better than week 1. I’m not really craving
anything non-paleo just been craving salads lately. I traveled to Houston for
just a few days this past week for work so trying to find a restaurant with
Paleo options was a little difficult. Luckily our corporate office cafeteria
has a SWEET salad bar. And why is it that a salad is so much better when
someone else makes it?
Thank goodness for Chipotle, I decided that was my best bet for dinner even
though I didn’t get the cheese, sour cream, rice, or beans in my bowl it was
still delicious.
I even found the time to squeeze in a workout at the Hotel. I started
off running a ½ mile on the treadmill followed by a few squats and pushups!
We went to the Garth Brooks concert this weekend. Let me tell you it
was amazing, he sure does know how to put on a good show. Chad and I cheated a little bit as far as food goes but we enjoyed some
Hard Cider instead of our usual beer and wine it was a perfect substitute.
