Paleo Chili

This is a recipe where I do not miss the non-paleo version what so ever it’s that delicious!


Ingredients:

2 Tbsp cooking oil (either bacon grease or olive oil) – you’ll get use to saving your bacon grease
1 lb turkey
1 lb ground beef
2 Tbsp cumin
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp salt
1 large onion, diced
28 oz can crushed tomatoes
2-14 oz cans diced tomatoes

 Directions:

 Heat the cooking oil in a saucepan. Add your diced onion and meat until brown

 Leaving all the healthy fat from the meat, add all the other ingredients

Simmer for about 30 minutes to an hour. (Recipe says 1-2 hours but I’m way too impatient for that)
