Valentine's Wish List
Saturday, February 7, 2015
Chad and I normally don't do anything big for Valentine's day. I'll normally make a nice meal and bake a valentine dessert and then we exchange a small present to one another. Below is what I'm asking for this year! Granted I probably won't get everything on my wish list but our anniversary is coming up next month!!
1. I have been drooling over Albion ever since I saw them on Pinterest but their clothing is so expensive.
2. Aerie barlettes, I actually just ordered these and I can not wait for them to come in the mail! I hope they're as comfortable as they look. And they have a sale going on right now, buy one get one for $10
3. I have heard such great things about Purity that I think it's time to try it out for myself
4. People have raved about this Sally Hansen miracle gel and I can not wait to try it out. Every time I go to Target they don't have the color I want.
5. This coffee and mascara shirt sums up my weekend, if only it had leggings on it as well.
6. I love this necklace and the option to have it layering(for future initials) if you would like
Wedding Wednesday - Flower Girl and Ring Brearer presents
Wednesday, December 10, 2014
We had the cutest little kids for our ring bearer’s and flower girls. We had 4 but 1 of them decided she did NOT want anything to do with being a flower girl that day.
To thank our little cutie pies we got them presents that was just adorable. For the girls we got them a pearl bracelet with their initial on it. It was precious seeing how tiny the bracelets were. For the boys, I found the cutest shirts on etsy. They were policeman polo shirts with their names on the front and ring security written on the back. Getting gifts for little kids is the best, they get so excited and makes you feel so good.

Car Emergency Kits
Tuesday, November 18, 2014
Here in Oklahoma we get bad snow storms every few years. And since we haven't had a bad one in a while I just know we are bound to get one soon.
My husband and I commute to work so its important that we have a car emergency kit just an case we get stuck in a blizzard.
I've been researching car emergency kits and put a list together that works best for us. So this past weekend I went out and put our kits together. Thank goodness I did because we got our first round of snow on Sunday. Starting early this year and looking like its going to be a long winter.
Here is what is in our kits(a few of them are not shown in the picture above):

Milestone basket
Tuesday, October 21, 2014
I am absolutely smitten with this gift option, it might be my favorite
thus far. Like I mentioned yesterday, I went to a bachelorette party this past weekend for someone that I
didn’t know that well. I didn’t want to get them lingerie and that not be her
thing. So I opted for a more practical gift, WINE!!!!
I found this idea a while ago on Pinterest and have been dying to finally use it. It’s called the Milestone wine basket and has a bottle of wine for each milestone the newlyweds will incur in their first year of marriage.
Here’s the milestones I decided to do:
Wedding Night (Champagne)
First Dinner Party (Moscato)
First Fight (Sweet Bitch, I thought it was fitting)
Honeymoon (Relax, duh right)
First Anniversary (Sweet Red)
Diaper Party
Friday, October 3, 2014
Chad and I attended a Diaper Party for one of our dear
friends. I always get a little carried away in the baby department and end up
spending about an hour in Target when I run in there to grab a pack of diapers.
Any who, I just couldn’t help myself and I’m sure they didn’t mind J. I ended up getting a basket
at TJ Maxx and then filling it with goodies. We put a pack of diapers, wipes,
baby soap, and baby lotion in the basket. Then, since they are having a girl, I
got her some hair bows and last but not least I got a dog bone because you
can’t forgot the fur babies. I think I’m getting better and better at buying
for babies since all of our friends either have babies or are expecting.
