Here is just one recipe that we are currently enjoying
Sausage and Cinnamon Apples (I simplified it down, so here is my version)
2 lbs Sausage
2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
3-4 Apples, cored, peeled and sliced
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
Heat skillet to medium-high. In a mixing bowl mix together Maple Syrup. With your hands form patties(I made about 10 with 2lbs). Place in skillet and cook until done. Transfer sausage patties to a paper towel lined plate. Place your sliced apples in the same skillet and sprinkle on your cinnamon. Cook for about 8 minutes or until tender.
