One important lesson that I learned on my wedding day was
that your vendors need to eat! Duh, I mean makes sense right. Some are there
all day/night and who wants a cranky, irritable, hungry vendor, not me and I’m
sure not you either.
When you have the last meeting with your caterer think about
your vendors that will need to eat and how many assistants they will have. For
example your photographer and their assistant(s), wedding planner and assistant(s)
anyone that would be there for 4+ hours on your wedding day are good to assume
the need to be added to the list.
Also, if you plan on bringing lunch or breakfast in on your
wedding day consider bringing enough for the individuals helping set up weather
that be the wedding planner, people who own the venue, family, etc. We brought
sandwiches and salads in for the girls but forgot about the wedding planner
luckily we had an extra sandwich to give her.
