Yesterday we celebrated 6 months of marriage bliss and today
I’m sharing a look back to one of our wedding showers.
One of my dear friends threw us a beautiful backyard BBQ
couple’s shower last fall. Everything was outside and we could not have asked
for a better day. We decided to do a BBQ style theme with hot dogs, hamburgers,
baked beans, etc. It was hosted at her parents’ house since they had all the
equipment for this fabulous get-to-together.

Instead of cake we selected a s’mores bar, because nothing
says fall more than s’mores J.
I LOVED this I bought all different kinds of candy including Reese’s, Andres’
mints, Hersey’s cookies & crème, Caramel filled bars, and of course the
usual. I even had this cute little menu out on the table for people to make
their own signature s’more.
It was very laid-back and chill which is exactly what I
wanted. No games, just good friends getting together eating and drinking.
